Camping will be available at select Ryan Creek Meadows events and concerts at the venue. We will note in the event description the camping availability and any special circumstances or needs as they arise. General camping information follows, and unless otherwise noted this will be all event camping guidelines.
- Fees: $20 per car ($20 per RV) for up to 4 people. $5 additional for each person past 4 in a car/rv. Per Night.
- Camping areas will be marked at the event. There will be designated camping areas that may change from event to event.
- Absolutely no fires! We may setup communal bon-fires depending on weather and when the mood strikes, but no one is to have a fire at their camp.
- Staff will be on hand throughout the night.
- Check-in will begin at 12-Noon on days camping is offered.
Camping Rules
- NO FIRES
- NO ANIMALS
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS
- NO FIREWORKS, FIREARMS or WEAPONS of any kind!
Drinking by minors will not be tolerated.- No illegal activities allowed (do we really need to state that?)
- The Quiet campsite will be enforced against loud noises, rowdiness, etc. If you expect to have a large gathering or outside music please reserve your campsite in our Standard camping area.
- No recreational motorized vehicles are allowed. These include ATVs, dirt bikes and the like.
- Dumpsters will be provided, please keep your sites clean.
- Camp checkin begins at 12 pm (NOON) the day of the first available camping for an event.
- Please check in by 11pm at night.
- Camp checkout will be 12 pm (NOON) the morning after an event.
- All camping is 'primitive'. Potable water is available at the venue, but you'll need to bring a container to get it back to your camp site. We encourage you to bring your own water or water container that can be filled at the concert venue. Dumpsters and porta-potties are provided.
- Ryan Creek Meadows is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Excess driving is not allowed. Drive to and from your camp, no cruising from site to site, or from your site to the events. If you park in event parking you will be charged event parking fees.
Standard Camp - for the shenanigans- Small gatherings are Okay
- Nightcaps, singing and socializing is Okay
- You must listen to Security if you are asked to keep it down a bit.
- Quiet time begins at 2am. You must turn off all music, generators, cars, etc. and disperse at this time
Quiet Camp- No external speakers at all, ever. (or cars with stereos playing, etc.)
- Generators off after the show, or by 11 pm if there is no show that night.
- After the shows are over, or by 11 pm when there is no show, no more playing outside, it's time for bed!
- No large gatherings
- Noise restrictions strictly enforced
Pre-paid Camping- Many events have the ability to pre-pay for camping. Camping is also available at the gate.
